Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible through the website.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return/Exchange is available only on selected products. Eligibility is mentioned on the respective product page.
  • The return policy may vary by product and can be updated without prior notice.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • Requests must be raised within the specified return window (as mentioned on the product page)
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange

Important Notes:

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our address.
  • Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size mismatch
  • Quality issue or manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product
  • Missing items in combo orders

Refund Process:

  • Once the product is picked up and passes inspection, the refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method


Additional Guidelines

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted
  • Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected after inspection
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
