Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible through the website.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return/Exchange is available only on selected products. Eligibility is mentioned on the respective product page.
- The return policy may vary by product and can be updated without prior notice.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- Requests must be raised within the specified return window (as mentioned on the product page)
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange
Important Notes:
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
Refund Policy
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch
- Quality issue or manufacturing defect
- Damaged product
- Missing items in combo orders
Refund Process:
- Once the product is picked up and passes inspection, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
Additional Guidelines
- Products returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted
- Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected after inspection
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
